The functions of the People & Culture team are broad, meaning we have key levers at our disposal – business partnering, employee experience, learning and development, people logistics, internal communications, recruitment, organisational development, remuneration and people systems, and SHHE (safety, health, hygiene, and environment). The team’s purpose is to ensure Douglas has the right culture, capability, and capacity to deliver sustainable business success.
