The NZ Trade and Enterprise, International Business Awards were announced on the 8th November at the Sky City Convention Centre.
The Prime Minister was there, the Minister of Finance, and New Zealand’s leading business people.
In front of a packed room, the penultimate award of the night went to Jeff Douglas – winner of the highly prestigious ‘Inspiring Team Leadership’ award.
This award is a massive recognition for Jeff and the management team. We now have 770 employees, and Jeff is leading us through extraordinary growth and development, both here and offshore.
The judges emphasised how impressed they were by Jeff’s style of management – “inclusive, fair, generous and ‘hands off’ – but he is always there to make the big calls when needed”.
