Production

Our team are responsible for manufacturing and packing a wide range of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products including liquids, softgel capsules and tablets. We do this utilising a range of production techniques.

We work to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards which means not only are we super clean, but we also follow Standard Operating Procedures at all times. Whether you are mixing products, cleaning machinery, or packing the finished product, there is always a strict procedure that needs to be followed and recorded.

You will work with our top-of-the-line production equipment to ensure that batches are exact and consistent. You set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain all our pieces of kit so they run like a dream.

Production Operators – are the makers in our Manufacturing operation. They control the operation of chemical production equipment to produce quality products. They mix, dry and compound our product to turn raw ingredients into tablets, capsules and liquids. Our Production Operators have high attention to detail, are process driven and are mechanically-minded with a quality mindset.

Machine Operators – these are our people who operate our fast-moving packing machinery. They operate, clean and monitor automated packing machinery to ensure our production targets are met.  We look for mechanically-minded team members who are able to follow instructions.

Machine Setters – these are our experts in preparing and setting the packing line machinery and equipment to ensure that the machines are set for the right product. Our setters have strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of GMP, technical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

We look for people who are curious to learn, care about health and safety at work, and take pride in doing a great job.

Our Operators work various fixed shifts with no rotating rosters which gives awesome predictability. We have day shift (7.30 am – 3.30 pm), afternoon shift (3.45 pm – 11.45 pm) and night shift (11.30 pm – 7.30 am). The additional shift and meal allowances for afternoon and night shift are pretty great too!

We provide full training and development – you will learn from the best in industry and can build an awesome career here – even if you’re just starting out!

Quality is not an accident; it is the outcome of rigorous and dedicated intelligent efforts. Our team of Quality Assurance (QA) specialists are the experts on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). They also follow up on root cause analysis when quality events happen and perform periodic reviews on our products. All the activities performed within QA support compliance with GMPs and ensure products are fit for purpose. We like our QA Officers to be science degree qualified, have strong knowledge of GMP and validation, and have a passion for quality, detail and documentation.
